You said the word ego a few minutes ago. And I remember you telling me that you felt like at some point it was your kind of ego getting in the way. It's interesting when we start because one of the things we talk about is, let's set a vision for two to three years out and get really clear on where we want to go. But we don't talk about the how to do it very intentionally at the beginning. For some people, that's really a struggle of getting into that place of just thinking about the future.Yeah, for sure. I'm one of those people. I struggle with the big picture for sure.
