How to Deliver Through the Chaos of the Creative Process

Sally Kohn: I try and empower designers to think, what's the purpose of this artifact that you're creating? Is it to help your brain work through a problem? Or is it to legitimately try and get one of your stakeholders on board with the process? At the end of the day, for better or for worse, regardless of whether we do it fast or slow, our deliverable is screens or whatever the equivalent is. So in essence, you really don't have to slow down when you think of what you're delivering. You actually need more time to think and you'll work exactly the same pace, but you won't make the same mistakes.
