Olaf Scholtz: Foreign Policy Crisis Manager?
Olaf scholtz has always liked to present himself as a great consensus builder, rather in the mould of the chancellor that he's about to replace. So i think there are some grounds for cautious optimism there. But we do always need to bear in mind that this is an experiment, both because it's going to involve three parties rather than the traditional two and because these parties come from very, very different places on all sorts of different issues.
