St. Augustine is the author most quoted by St. Thomas Aquinas in Isumah. Cyprian laid unbelievable intellectual groundwork for people like Augustine. Arnobius, he's the first one to have proposed what we today know as Pescale's Wager. And Lactantius after him is the great father of the idea of religious liberty and freedom of conscience. We forget that these great ideas came from men in North Africa.
