i think it's a violation of the eighth amendment that prohibits cruel and unusual punishment. Has anybody in history ever gotten this sort of sentence for those types of charges? Not that i know. There was political pressure exerted by folks who biased the trial completely. The details of his case are atrocious. If government has that kind of power, we're all at risk. It's a thing you don't think about until it comes crashing into your life,. How much power these institutions have over real s lives.
