In the womb, the human and the chimp are actually two separate brains. They introduce each other to one another when they fuse later during fetal development. The computer is kind of like a tool that's used by both. It stores things from experience, and they get used later. So for example, if your chimp goes out of o and you end up reacting badly to something, then what's going to happen? You're going to be more likely to react in this way. And so learning how to change those changes under control is really central to education.
