There really isn't a sector that escapes this. All sectors are participating in this disruption to one degree or another. Even in tech and software where we exist, I mean, there's all kinds of, where do we see it most saliently? Certainly in the labor shortage, it is harder and harder to find and retain great talent. And so you're seeing now, depending on what studies you read, 44% of the workforce is Gen Z and younger millennials. We talk about adaptability, resilience, and emotional intelligence over and over again as being the keys to leadership in this kind of environment.
