I gained a lot during that i was eating a ton. Wasn't really doing any cartio during that time. E was really working on recovery. So now, after the competition was over, do the competition. Now i'm trying, like, my goal now is to lose some body fat. And so we're doing a four week programme that's really hypertraphe specific program,. higher reps, lighter volume and building up work capacity.
