The War of 1812 and the Treaty of Ghent
Jefferson wanted us to invade Canada both times during the Revolution and in 1812. He said in 1812, if I were just a little younger, I'd be right there. And then he says we should burn. This would justify burning London to the ground. There's a vindictive crazy streak in Jefferson. But you know what J is such a drama queen, you know, he never lifted a rifle and anger in his life.
