The Difference Between Utility and Efficiency

There's a lot of stuff in between that where we look at the difference between utility is you know the capital U if we want to call it that way. If you're already filthy rich, having $100 doesn't mean anything to you so you might be looking at something else. You can take one stone for every two I throw away at the surplus and get more points by doing less efficient things like throwing out wood or stones. It comes back to valuation that I need stone and wood in order to build this castle therefore my surplus.
