The Importance of Ego State in Healing
It's a chicken or egg what came first maybe but it does seem to me that to some degree, we will keep, we will draw experiences to ourselves that reawaken some of that trauma as possibly it's a mechanism of like healing trying to initiate itself. I'm going to see if we're maybe talking about the same thing here. These ego states, from my point of view, they can very strongly direct the self. They're not so much sub personalities who are cooking up in their head, something they want to have done or or do. But if that experience triggers them, they're going to influence and exercise growing influence on that person.
