How Do You Socialize Strategy With Corporate Development?
Can't go spend a billion dollars buying another business without having some sort of underlying strategy on how you go about driving value from that field. Strategy is one of the levers yo pepull to drive out an new business. How many people in strategy does it take to get that there? In our group, its about 50. They may be a little bit more on the strategy point of view side. One of our businesses, moles, we've got forty thousand employees, and their strategy for development team is 14, 15.
