Is California Regulating Oil Production?

I respect the tactics, but i don't think he actually believes that. Maybe regulation did lead to clean er things, or maybe. There's some sensible rules that are in place. But californiais like the land of overbearing regulations. I think we can do its competition. And i think we can both agree they like oil spills. Natural gas leak is probably a bad thing, if anything for, oh, a hundred % inefficiency. So if there is a force ting, i would prefer probably a sensible middle groud somewhere there, butnot in california.
