Are You Ready to Add a Minority Partner?

When adding a minority partner, it's difficult to go back to the way things were. It's very much like dating somebody for a long time and then deciding to pop the question. And when you decide to pop that question, which is just like what's happening here, you're going to hear a yes or a no. Sometimes that's quite recoverable, but other times it's not. So if you have somebody who wants a minority partnership,. who is pushing for it, and they have unrealistic expectations, then you say, yes, let's pursue this.
