Audio Description for the Visually Impaired

There are over 285 million visually impaired people in the world. Every time a movie or TV show comes out that doesn't have audio description, it locks this entire group of people out of it. Right now, streaming apps tether people to screens so they can really only use them when they're sitting still. But what if people could tap a button and switch over to an audio-only mode? This would disable the video so it doesn't eat up much data. And it would default to described audio.
