The first step into creating strong teimageneation strategy, is to audit. At the very least, you do want to audit your data base. You want to find out what's viable, what's not viable. One thing that we talked a lot about at hub spot is that at any given month, two to five per cent of your list deprecates. So by the end of the year, you cill have lost anywhere from 25 to 60 % of your list. And i think a lot of marketers kind of forget that that's what they're supposed to be there for.
