Decisions Feel Harder

At the beginning of my business, there was a lot of things I was willing to do and try blindly. Like I didn't have people watching me fail because there wasn't a lot of people watching me in the first place. So when I'm making decisions, I might one decision that I make impacts more than just me now. It impacts all the agencies and contractors that I work with it impacts the employees like I have two full-time employees now on my team. And you know, so it just you can feel that gravity.
