British Citizenship in the Sixties

In the 19 sixties, this is the primary phase of decolonization in the british empire. And naturally, o by 19 65, direct british imperial rule is all but over. As many colonies particularly in africa, finally achieve independence. But at the level of citizenship. British citizenship remains imperial throughout the19 sixties and 19 seventies. In practice, this is a division of british citizenship and british nationality along racial lines. It actually was directly designed to stop citizens of the ukaan colonies,. who were indian origin, but resident in kenya, from migrating to britain. They were exempt from the 19 62 act.
