The Benefits of Working With a Union
James Bloom: If you're getting paid significantly more than the non-union shop somewhere else, you attract more people and you attract better people. So having somebody like an infrastructure of the union that has a scalable way to bring those full of labor in, and then send it to you, that is obviously a benefit. But we are in our case, we have very little charm, because I think you were just good with our employees and the potential was high. So we didn't have that problem too much. We always were able to find somebody on our own accord without even going to the union.
