Alex goes to visit that professor we were talking about earlier. The Emma Thompson looking lady who we quickly realized is actually just the gin disguises her because Alex shows up. So he does reveal himself as the gin to Alex and gives her a freebie wish, I think. And she wishes for him to blow his brains out. But if it's any conservation, that hurt like a bitch.
