I Had No One Right to the Forward in the Book

i had breakfast with larry king almost every morning for a couple of years before he died. Three days after he died, i'd put up an instagram video, cause i was shooken up. And one of the things I shared is that he had a nickname for me at our breakfast. He called me doctor morose. So there's no forward in the book because i held it for larry king, and no one could feel his shoes.
