Do You Know How to Bring Your Feet Up Against the Wall?

The one other technique I've used is called the legs up the wall. This is a, uh, I mean, it's working with your body. If breath does not work and then like put your feet up the wall for five or 10 minutes and it makes a massive difference. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system. And so we're talking about the sympathetic, the sympathetic, like when yeah, fight or flight, exactly.
