Is There a Reactionary Kind of Abuse?

Rituals offer an opportunity to encounter something that is a transformative and life changing. The value of rituals like jus caust we don't know how it happens. We can speculate, but just enjoying the phenomena itself means you get to experience something that can be powerful. My personal rituals are parenting. i lay in bed with kids and my wife, take a forest meditation every week. I try to spend time with the poccassasins which he likes so much. Is there anything else?
