It's very hard to find product managers for internal teams in particular. At one company, lha, we can only get very junior product managers to work an impo structure. So i think it's much easier to find a product manager who wants to work if you're like data dog or some nselling,. It's really the internal, inpistructure teams that suffer this problem the most.
