The Court's Current Approach to Originalism Is Making the Rest of the Government Move Slow
i think that it would be a little bit foolish to assume that we're not going to continue to see more of this kind of you know the absence of kind of the center of gravity role that the court has provided. i mean or at very least you might as well fuck around and find out exactly yeah but i i definitely i think that's relevant here because it strongly suggests that there is going to be rapid turns in whether or not a particular policy is legal or should be pursued at all that are for government which is used to moving very very slowly if you will.
