The Importance of User Experience Research in User Interface Design
I sometimes wonder if, you know, and I'm guilty of this in my own writings as well, that like when I'm focusing on things like data portability or interoperability. It's very much focused on sort of like the back end infrastructure, the stuff that other people have to work on. And it's less focused on what does this actually mean for the end user,. Even if that's like the overall impact and talking about things like empowering the end users.
