Is There a Solution to the Moral Hazard?
Don't ask your lawyer to not be your lawyer. It's, it's a don't. A good lawyer should be telling the client a full spectrum of advice. Even a decent lawyer is going to tell you exactly how to defend your ministry. Ministry leaders often punt almost entirely to the lawyers. They act as if it's good cop, badcop, and the lawyers the bad cop.
