The Benefits of Geofencing Your Diet

In 2019, Jonah Goldberg started to geofence his diet. He stays away from carbs, mainly flour, sugar and red meat when he is in Denver. When he goes on a plane or drive for at least 4 hours, there's no diet. If I stick with my diet 11 months a year, that is 92% of the time, then I'll achieve my goals of keeping my weight and cholesterol down.
