Boris Johnson can take some credit for perhaps the net zero agenda, but also how it's changing since he left number 10. This week we got a new report on the UK's progress towards net zero. The Climate Change Committee said that while the government was going to live their fourth carbon budget, look like that, the government wasn't doing nearly enough now.
