Treasury's Tax Policy Division and the Process of Making Policy

Ken Henry was one of Paul Keating's senior economic advisors from 1986 to 1991. He worked in Treasury's Tax Policy Division, and then moved across to the treasurer's office. Ken says he knew after six months that policy work would dominate his life. The conversation took place at Ken's Farm on Thursday 4th May 2023.
