The Court's Decision Does Not Outlaw an Italic Abortion in the United States

I respect both sides of this, but the constitution is neutral on the issue of abortion. This court also must be scrupulously neutral. The nine unelected members of this court do not possess the constitutional authority to override the democratic process and to decree either a pro life or pro choice abort policy for all 330 million people in the united states. May a state retroactively impose liability or punishment for an abortion that occurred before to day's ecision takes effect?
