"I think the reason I resonate with this so much is I'm excited to hear you coach both the person who feels perhaps resistant to their report or to the type that they said that they are," she says. "It's when you know somebody and they're not good at something and that you're supposed to pretend like they are ... That's where you can get really frustrated."
