We should celebrate those things that are hard for us, even if they shouldn't have been. We need to stop comparing ourselves to narrow typicals to define our success. It's what we do that matters, not what some imaginary best version of ourselves does. One of the issues with a dh d is that we have trouble activating on tasks that we're not interested in. This is where we can use rewards to help create incentives for us to be interested. The point being that we want to make sure that we're only focusing on using rewards when we're interested in doing something.
