Around midnight on March 26, 1942, there was a bit of a huddle on a bench. Uptown in a park called Riverside Park, lovely park to collude to form a literal conspiracy. This marks the beginning of what would be called operation underworld. And ah, got we jumped the gun with our conjecture about the sock nickname but still it's easy to mistake socks.
