The Importance of Focus Breathing

Breathing should feel effortless and very light and fluid. You can breathe at a pace of about five seconds in, five seconds out. As long as it's slow and rhythmic you will notice your body will become relaxed. More blood flow to the brain, different parts of your brain come on line. Your blood pressure will likely decrease. I've seen mine when i had higher blood pressure go down about 15 to 20 point after a couple of minutes. Doctors never told me that was possible. So you can try this for yourself.
