The Importance of Diversity in Raising Funds
Renatus is a private equity firm that invests in small and medium-sized businesses. The company was set up by Brendan O'Neill, who started out working for an account before going into corporate finance. Renatus now has its own SME which it helps to run as part of the fund's investment strategy. Mr O'Neill says he doesn't think people should be put in boxes about what they can or cannot do with their careers.
