What Is the Nature of My Entitlement to Make These Statements?
The problem of entitlement concerns something which we characterize as non-inferential knowledge. If these statements are to count as knowledge claims, then the sense is they must not merely be true, but I must be justified in making them. So how can my statements meet the requirement that they're ones for which I possess a warrant? In this paper I'll begin by focusing on straight off observational judgments and say something brief about the other judgments at the end.
