Most of rucking is below zone two, except when you're going up the hills. A DEXA scan will either automatically calculate for you or at least give you the data to calculate for yourself something called the ALMI and the FFMI. You have to know your bone mineral density. I think you have to know how much visceral fat you have. And another important piece is muscle mass. It's a great integrator of exercise and strength.
