Don't eat after eight PM can be some really nice rules to help get after cutting calories without necessarily cutting them all. Just sitting in front of the TV, relaxing, it's so easy to open the candy bag and end up having the entire thing. So either not buying it or, you know, this is where I don't mind stuff. And that was actually one of the most eye-opening things for me during the masterclass.
