In my country, the way to lessen the impact of population decline and the aging society is through robust immigration. However, let's be honest, that's a growth-based solution. We replace the missing babies by bringing in young people from developing countries to take their place. It's still growth-based. If you have the kind of summers that we're having, five and six or seven, 10 years in a row, if we get the kind of smog from smoke fires in Canada that really destroys the summer for every one year after year after year. You may get there, but we're not there now.
