What Makes a Good Client on the Traditional Services Side?
What makes a good client is someone who is not asking for a lot of specific, strange, off topic things. It's probably someone for whom the things they want you to help with are most closely allied with the things the true efficiency programme. And then i'll add one more, it would be on ful for you to be able to use these existing traditional services customers as your bata sites for true efficiency. That's kind of a wind, wind across the board.
