Zigris is a protein that was designed for use and septic shock. It has all these kind of anti inflammatory and anti thrombotic rolls. Initially, some studi suggested that it worked. Then additional study suggested that it did not work. The other problem tht actuvated proteen c was that it did cause bleeding.
