The Importance of Retention in E-Commerce

Do you guys mess with Google at all? Just not like the branded stuff really. We don't allow our publishers to bid on branded keywords because that's like the low-hane fruit. Oh, crazy. I've been, I haven't tested a whole lot there yet. It's on the list for sure. But that's another one I've got, you know, some really good traffic source.
