The Editorial Process When Someone Gets a Yes

Most of the work that we published would probably be 80 to 90% there. We do occasionally get encounter a writer who says, I don't want to be edited. But for the most part, it's a process where we are making suggestions and they come back to us with responses. And you know, I feel like I've a very light editorial touch myself in terms of not turning things into something that doesn't sound like this writer has written it.
