The Difference Between Wellness and Fitness
I find it confusing and surprising that it is best for my fitness to have as much fear and fight and flight instinct as I do. It feels like they kind of come out constantly, and they're overwhelming, and they stop me from doing a bunch of things I care about. So in some sense, the confusion here is just a rearticulation of the original recognition, which is that there's a difference between wellness and fitness.
