There 's a study done on, i guess, at these runs, there's like, tents you can get compression boots and like, massage stuff. The athletes who go to that stuff more do worse than the athletes who don't go to it, don't get the stuff. And then if you look at sort of like the competitive recreationa nor, i think what you see is people use the gismos and the high text stuff as a way to make up for not doing the basics right. It doesn't work like that. So if theres any benefit in the high textstuff, youre only going to get it if you're already taking care of the basics.
