The Differences Between Staff and Non-Staff Elder Contributions in Elder Meetings

Isaac Adams is doing a lot of the prep work outside of the meeting, probably several hours worth every week. He produces physical packets and e-packets that you can either receive it physically at church on Sunday or you can have it sent out. The chairman is, am I right in thinking you guys rotate between staff and non-staff? Not really,. Sort of, but both will do it. We've had staff members do it and we've had non-staff do it.
