The Indictment of Jack Smith
Ex-President Donald Trump and former President Joe Biden are morally disqualified from high office, says CNN's John Avlon. Avlon: "I would prefer to see neither of the 2020 presidential candidates on the ballot in 2024" He adds that a good deal of what the former president said while in office after the election was constitutionally protected free speech. The fact is that what Jack Smith has brought in this indictment is something that could be charged against almost any ex-president," Avlon writes.
