I like to think about when you're making a YouTube channel, think about making like a Yelp page for the channel. I was a Yelp influencer for a while but I abandoned that. In Europe, not a big Yelp culture. People don't update their yelps. So bring that to YouTube and think about yourself as a restaurant that needs to communicate to customers. When you open, what type of food do you make? What's your menu? What do you offer here? Like, just add, just think about that conceptually.
