Biden administration's progressive rhetoric at its finest is in this rhetoric of a new Washington consensus for the countries in the global south. But behind that, I find what we had on your show before then, this idea of the Wall Street consensus is very much hardwired in there. The same logic of the risking has been there in the Wall Streetensus well before the Biden administration or by the economics. And it hasn't changed at all in my view. I don't see any change.
Featuring Daniela Gabor, Ted Fertik, and Tim Sahay on Bidenomics. We define and debate the new American industrial policy, the energy transition, the New Cold War with China—and more.
